One team. Two front doors.
WP Services sells WordPress support to businesses. WP Tasks sells the same team to agencies, white-labeled. Both run on the Seahawk platform.
WP Services
Productized WordPress services bought directly through a client portal: track orders, message the team, approve work. Unlimited tasks, flat monthly plans.
wpservices.comWP Tasks
The same team and the same retainers, but every ticket, email, and report carries the agency’s brand. Built so agencies can sell care plans without building a support desk.
You are here.Agencies kept asking for the back door.
Every month, agencies would sign up for WP Services, put their own clients’ sites on it, and then ask us to please not email the client directly. They were reselling us by hand, forwarding tickets and rewriting replies.
That is a lot of work to hide a vendor. So we are building the version where hiding us is the default: a retainer you buy once, a client roster you control, email intake on your domain, and delivery that is white-labeled from the first reply to the monthly report.
The platform is under construction. We are onboarding a small group of early access agencies now, running their retainers by hand with the full white-label flow, and using what we learn to shape the product.
A few things that shape how we work
Care plans are the best agency product
Recurring, sticky, and the natural follow-on to every build. Agencies that sell them stop living project to project.
The client belongs to the agency
We never market to, upsell, or contact your clients. Their only relationship is with you.
Turnaround is the product
A care plan is only as good as the answer to “when will it be done?” That is why capacity is reserved daily rather than sold as credits.
Launch your care plan this month. Not next year.
Join early access, pick a retainer, and we will have your first white-labeled ticket out the door within days.
Month to month. No setup fees. Cancel any time.
